The nation is facing unprecedented and vastly changing circumstances related to the COVID-19 outbreak. During these trying times, we are focused on the health and safety of our employees, vendors, and customers. Creative Bus Sales is closely monitoring information and guidelines consistent with the CDC and WHO and implementing proactive processes and procedures.

Creative Bus Sales understands that our customers are responsible for providing critical transportation services during these times. Our service facilities located throughout the nation remain operational and committed to keeping our customer’s fleet functional. We will continue to provide updates as the guidelines change. We have implemented our pandemic response plan and have outlined the following items so you can understand any impacts to our employees, vendors, and customers:

  • Our facilities have increased our cleaning and disinfecting measures to provide a clean working environment.
  • Employee travel has been restricted to all but essential travel only.
  • We are practicing social distancing and request employees, vendors, and customers to cease shaking hands, increase the distance between employee workstations, and limited attendance and length of in-person meetings.
  • We have requested all employees, vendors, and customers to take necessary preventative measures and practice proper hand washing and hygiene measures, including appropriate hand washing techniques.
  • Vehicle Sanitation is our top priority, and we are working with customers to have a third party sanitize any vehicles know to have carried confirmed COVID-19 passengers before the vehicle is brought into our service facility.
  • We are also disinfecting the driver’s area, dash, and frequent touch points of all new vehicle deliveries and upon customer delivery and completion of retail service.
  • Any employee or vendor who is not feeling well has been instructed to stay home, rest, and get healthy. Any employee requesting to self-isolate has been instructed to do so.
  • In the event, a supplier has an employee diagnosed with COVID-19 Creative Bus Sale has provided a safe process for vendor reporting to ensure quick measures are taken.
